ACS Community Working Group should work on defining the requirements for this JIRA project:

1. Define the components
2. Define the issue types
3. Define the workflow for each issue type
4. Define other details for each issue type

   • ACS Manager, Container, Component, Client
   • Logging and Error System
   • Alarm System and Monitoring
   • Notification Channel
   • BulkData Handling
   • CDB and CDB RDB
   • ACS GUIs, Tools, Utilities
   • Third Party Products
   • Other
2. Existing issue types are:
   • Task
     • Sub-Task
   • Bug
   • Improvement
   • New Feature
     • Sub-Feature
3. We need to define a proper workflow to investigate, implement and resolve issues
4. Look for other required data
   • Fix version, priority, assigned organization, etc.
